Time is moving on and for my family up north summer is arriving .The sun has been blazing here none stop keeping us plenty warm in Bora Bora .The days are very hot but the nice part is nights with the ocean breeze are cool not as cool as August nights in New England but cool enough for a blanket and then some.
Speaking of night Here is the new story of Bloody Marys .
With the port empty of cruise ships we have a better chance of dinner tonight so off we go to Bloody Marys for dinner as we are leaving Bora Bora and will be out to sea for the next few nights. This time success our 6 p. m. table is ready and the restaurant is quiet for the moment. Crisis Mode has joined us and it is a beautiful evening. The dinner display was mainly fish pleasing to many since I am allergic it looks nice but no thank you. Ribs steak and chicken were tucked in amongst the fish highlighted by a lobster or two and shrimp. Ribs, fish and shrimp were ordered and we were escorted to our table. Sitting on wood stools our feet in the sand, a chair was brought for Papa Bill for his comfort . Looking about for the restaurant it is very beautiful with flowers candles and natural fixtures. The restrooms quickly become a topic of conversation even across to the next table. The sink is a waterfall of natural rocks pulling a chain from above water is released and cascades down the rocks. In the mens room well it would not be proper to tell so you will have to see or hear for yourself, as I heard I was not going to enter! Bloody Marys and bottles of water arrived dinner was served promptly and ended in coffee. Our evening was complete.
One last trip into town and Gabriella will be underway to the Cook Islands. Good by to French Polynesia.
