Total Surrender

Gabriella is under total surrender. Inconsistent weather rain, changing seas and wind direction resulting in prudent action by tacking back to Fiji after sailing 22 hours east. Sailing and personal schedules are not a good mix we are now back on Gods time. Seasoned sailors have already learned this wisdom and we are starting to understand the why's of sailing. Experience is a good teacher listening to the experienced is wise. Does wisdom necessitate experience? Understanding experienced remains. It has been a 24 hour rest anchored back off of the Cousteau Fiji Island Resort.
The shallow reef, steps off the resort is a personal natural aquarium filled with coral and tropicals by God. A overly curious Katuali sea snake was passionate about my camera knowing he is Kind Katuali my panic was retarded momentarily. A new discovery as I explore the surrounding area near the dock are large cages of huge clams. The ranging colors are speckled and intense in electric blues , greens , golden taupe browns with what looks like eyes as the clams are partial open occasionally exposing the deep colors and design within. It is hypnotic I wish you were here to see and experience for yourself for then the vision remains.
Gabriella is here in Fiji and will remain until final paperwork of sale is complete. When we depart east she will no longer be ours. If we depart west her journey will remain with us awhile longer. Like I said Gabriella Ted Gail and Trevor are under total surrender. Gods will, will be done on earth as it is in heaven, we will see this truth His glory one day at a time.
