The Night was Kind

: Before sunset a beautiful rainbow appeared on the horizon passing through the clouds. At latitude 09 we meet a new ocean with the wind subsiding the seas calmed and spirits were lifted along with appetites. The night sea actually went flat for a time with the moon over head lighting a path across the water it was a time to remember on the sea. Stars were filling the sky and all was well. This morning we are having scattered showers and the seas have picked up some but not to the degree of our departure wind being under 20 is of.k. Fishing report trolling through a flock of swarming birds instant hit on both lines 1 Bonita and one mystery fish the big one that broke the line and swam away to be caught another day. Gabriella is still working her way to Phoenix 590 miles under our sail and many more to go all are well sailing one wave at a time.
