Last year we sailed our X-yacht (442) from Falmouth to Morgat, then across a very rough Biscay to La Coruna. We then sailed the very pretty rias of northwest Spain Camarinos and Portosin. We then went down the west coast of Spain/Portugal calling at Bayona, Povoa de Varim(smelly), Figuieriz de Foz, Peniche, Cascais, Sines,then around the Cap St Vincent to Lagos, Vilamoura, Santo Antonio, Rota,and then into Gibraltar, We then sailed Fuengirola,Motril, Almerimer (nicknamed the graveyard after the amount of yachts that sail in and never go out again), then Garrucha, San Jose, Cartegena, before crossing to Ibiza overnight, then onto Majorca for most of the summer, ending with Minorca and Sardinia where we left the yacht for the winter.A fantastic trip with many great memories.
