We’re starting our Atlantic crossing in a few days and will be blogging throughout the journey.

We are using this special sailblog tool which allows us to blog through radio and satellite phone.

It’s (sadly) a one way communication! You can of course leave comments but WE WILL NOT SEE THEM until we have a proper internet connection, so please don’t expect any replies from us until we have arrived in the Azores or mainland Portugal sometime in June.

Since we have many international friends following us, we will be writing in English.

Don’t worry if a day or two passes without a post. Sometimes weather can be rough and we’ll need to focus on being safe.
