I'll have to think a bit before I know what to say here. Suffice it to say: I don't own a boat, I don't know how to sail, and I don't have many prospects for owning a boat in the future. [...]That said, I sure wish I had all those things, and for the time being, I'm in love with reading about others sailing adventures.

I'm primarily interested in cruisers sailing in Hawaii (where I grew up), the Bahamas, and the Mediterranean. Right now, I'm OBSESSED with studying the Bahamas, especially the Exuma Cays. This is a recent development for me, since I've always been partial to Hawaii.

The most beautiful boats to me are Mediterranean style wooden hull boats (EG: Turkish Gulet, etc.) but any sailing vessel is still fascinating to me, and even some motor vessel blogs are pretty good reads when cruising my geographical (or would it be nautical, in this case?) areas of interest.
