Both of us have trouble staying awake during our watches. I read, i watch the boat data ie speed wind course etc. look at the chart for the Chinese AIS , But if i sit too long ....i fade away.
We both sleep 8 to 9 h/day but its not the same and it gets you tired to hold on , even when you write this blog
