A quick update... Le Patron and Sarah arrived yesterday and so all the crew now here. Weather's been hampering some of our prep work. Some minor maintenance issues on the mast that need to be sorted - like wrapping the spreaders with plumbing lagging to stop chafe - but the wind gusting to 38 knots over past couple of days, and the occasional shower, have kept our feet firmly planted on deck. Today though looks better so looks likely we should have all done and be ready to go by Thursday. Current forecast is for lively winds on departure and all the way across...
